Hong Kong: Ki Tsui Cake Shop

Tucked somewhere along Ladies Market is Ki Tsui Cake Shop. They sell pastries such as egg tarts, kai chai paeng (chicken biscuits) and lou poh paeng (wife biscuit).

I tried the glutinous rice cake with red bean filling as well as the chicken biscuit. The rice cake was soft with ample fillings of red bean while the chicken biscuit is to die for! Usually chicken biscuit is crunchy and flat. However, the chicken biscuit here is different than those I've had before. I absolutely adore this version of chicken biscuit which is soft and contain fillings. Must say that the biscuits tastes just like chicken! Please share with me if you do know where to get this type of chicken biscuit in Malaysia.
